One year ago, I started the very first screenplay draft of an untitled short film, not knowing where it was going to go, how it was going to look like, what it would end up being. Here’s a screenshot of that document:
On March 1, 2024, almost exactly one year later, the trailer for this project went live on Instagram!
Introducing the first teaser for the upcoming short film, Alpha, Bravo, Charlie. Enjoy!
The Alpha, Bravo, Charlie cast and crew are busy planning for our pick-up dates. In the meantime, check out this fun behind-the-scenes footage of our production, shot on Super 8 film by director Matt Richards! (@mattrichardscamera)
My deepest thanks to everyone who contributed to my project in round 1 of funding for Alpha, Bravo, Charlie! Contributions helped us start this production, and ensure a safe, successful, and smooth 4 days of principal photography on location. We couldn’t have done it without the support of our community.
Fundraising continues in part 2 of our campaign for Alpha, Bravo, Charlie. We’re so close to finishing the film, and so excited for the finish line. If you haven’t donated, it’s not too late to support the project and support our hardworking indie filmmaker team.
Also sharing this – the film’s first poster, designed by artist Marcelline Siu!
I can’t wait for you to see how this one will turn out!
Phew, this one is a big one! I’m announcing something very cool, very personal, and very near and dear to me:
Title: ALPHA, BRAVO, CHARLIE
Logline: A young woman struggling to overcome her fear of flight finds courage from a pilot instructor.
I’m so thrilled (and a little scared!) to share this. The IndieGogo crowdfund campaign launched just a little over 24 hours ago (as of this post), and we reached over 10% of our goal already! Visit the link to learn more about the film’s progress, and read more about the story—which is very inspired by a real location, real people, and real events.
This film is currently in pre-production, and I’ll be sharing more updates and production diary entries for this film. Thank you for reading, and thank you for supporting the arts!
